COCO ALMOND CHOCOLATE BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup of almond butter
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 60 g of dark chocolate

PREPARATION

Step 1. In a bowl, add the oatmeal, almond butter, shredded coconut and maple syrup. Mix well.

Step 2 . Once the mixture is ready, measure the size of each ball with a spoon and then roll the mixture with your hands to create a round ball.

Step 3. Put the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler.

Step 4 . When everything is ready, dip each ball into the bowl of melted chocolate with a fork. And then put it in a baking paper. Repeat until each ball is covered in chocolate. Finally, you can add some chopped coconut on top of each ball.

Step 5. Let them cool, if too hot, by placing them in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.

Step 6. Enjoy your meal!!
