- 1 medjool date
- 80ml almond milk (add a little water if necessary)
- 40g of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (salted)
Optional: 2 tablespoons vegetable protein powder from Your Super Foods
CARAMEL SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon of date paste

PREPARATION
1 . Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2 . To prepare the sauce, in a small bowl add the 3 ingredients and mix well.
