Almonds : Almonds are a complete food because they are rich in nutrients: good fats, fibres, proteins, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, copper, antioxidants, vitamin E and vitamin B12. They taste delicious and are good for you, as they have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties .

Cocoa butter : an excellent source of vitamins and antioxidants ; moreover it does not contain cholesterol and contains fatty acids which are very useful for supporting the regular functions of the organism.

Cocoa paste : rich in antioxidants, it speeds up the metabolism and helps burn fat . Rich in mineral salts such as calcium, magnesium and iron. Reduces hunger.
