VEGAN VANILLA PUDDING

A new and super yummy breakfast prepared by @ the_frosting_shot - vegan vanilla puddings with berries and our Original Granola

INGREDIENTS

  • 500ml of soy milk
  • 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 lemon (of which we will use the zest)
  • 4 tablespoons of stevia
  • Original Granola

PREPARATION

Step 1. Put the soy milk in a saucepan and slowly add the cornstarch, sifting through it to avoid lumps.

Step 2 . Stir in the stevia, and then add the vanilla pod.

Step 3 . Grate the lemon zest being careful not to take the white (bitter) part

Step 4 . Bring to a boil over low heat and cook for a couple of minutes, stirring constantly

Step 5 . Remove the lemon zest and the vanilla pod and transfer the still hot pudding into your bowls, where you previously put a little Original Granola on the bottom, which will form the basis for your puddings.

Step 6. Chill at least 4 hours in the fridge before serving.⁣

Step 7. Top with blackberries, blueberries and some more granola! And good breakfast!
