  • 1 cup (220 g) of peach and apricot
  • 1/2 cup (110 g) of oats
  • 50ml milk (vegetable based)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) of coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup (56 g) chia seeds
