PEACH AND APRICOT SMOOTHIE BOWL

The ideal breakfast for the summer, rich in vitamins, nutritious and refreshing.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup (220 g) of peach and apricot
  • 1/2 cup (110 g) of oats
  • 50ml milk (vegetable based)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 g) of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) of coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup (56 g) chia seeds

Optional condiments

METHOD

Phase 1. Combine all ingredients in one high speed blender and blend at high speed until smooth.

Phase 2. Pour into bowls and add desired garnishes
