INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (110 g) of oats
- 1 teaspoon (4 g) of ground cinnamon
- 50ml milk (vegetable based)
- 1 pinch of salt

METHOD
Phase 1. Combine all ingredients in one high speed blender and blend at high speed until smooth.
step 2. Heat a lightly oiled skillet in a nonstick skillet (preferably) over medium heat and pour the mixture into the pan -- you'll need about a tablespoon of the mixture for each pancake. Cook for about 1 minute (hint: turn when bubbles start to appear) on each side. Ready when the mixture turns golden brown. Then keep warm and repeat until you've made all pancakes. Remember to always add a little oil to the pan to make flipping easier.
Phase 3. To serve, arrange the pancakes in a large plate and top them with blueberries, honey/maple syrup and some Clemi's Market granola (optional toppings)
