GRANOLA COOKIE DOUGH BITES

These granola bites are the perfect snack, with no added sugar, vegan and full of healthy nutrients. They're the perfect snack to always carry with you!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of Chocolate Lover Granola
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut (lightly toasted)
  • 4 tablespoons almond flour (or oatmeal)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • pinch of salt

PREPARATION

Step 1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well so that everything is well blended

Step 2 . Once ready, take a pan with baking paper and with a spoon and your hands you will help create one by one of the balls (you choose the size).

Step 3 . Repeat for each ball and then, once ready, place them on the baking paper and put everything in the fridge for 30 min (at least) - the granola bites must solidify slightly.

Step 4 . Enjoy your meal!!!
