Information on the Processing of Personal Data Pursuant to EU Reg. 2016/679
Clemi's Market Srl - with registered office in Via Fabio Filzi 10, 20124 Milan (Italy), in its capacity as Data Controller, in compliance with the obligation to inform the interested parties on the fundamental elements of the processing of personal data, specifies below the methods and purposes of the processing of personal data.
Processing means any operation or set of operations concerning the collection, recording, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, erasure and destruction of personal data.
Purposes and methods of processing
As part of the performance of the professional functions of providing online food sales and merchandising services, personal data collected directly from the data subject are processed.
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of paper, computer tools, in ways designed to prevent violations of the rights, fundamental freedoms and dignity of the person concerned, kept archived only for the strict time necessary for the provision of services or in compliance with legal provisions.
