SALTED CHOCOLATE ALMOND CLUSTERS

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon oil (coconut or olive)
  • 150gr of almonds
  • salt
  • optional: chopped hazelnuts

PREPARATION

Step 1. Add the dark chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and melt in a double boiler.

Step 2 . Add the almonds to the bowl with the dark chocolate and mix well until they are all coated.⁣

Step 3 . Coat a pan with baking paper and, with a spoon, form clusters the size of a spoon

Step 4 . Sprinkle lightly with salt and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before devouring <3⁣

*note: Store in the fridge. You can add chopped hazelnuts instead of salt if you prefer, or go half and half
