A delicious and quick snack to prepare at the weekend and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge as a breakfast/snack for the coming week.
INGREDIENTS:
- 85g large rolled oats
- 15g oat bran
- 40g of almonds
- 3 tablespoons of Femme Fatale hazelnut and chocolate cream
- 3 teaspoons date syrup (replaceable with honey)
- Salt crystals to taste
PREPARATION
Step 1. Coarsely blend the almonds
Step 2. In a bowl combine all the ingredients, except the salt crystals, and mix until the mixture is smooth and compact
Step 3. On the bottom of a rectangular pan covered with parchment paper, flatten the mixture and decorate with salt crystals
Step 4. Leave in the freezer for at least 2 hours
Step 5. Take the now solidified mixture out of the freezer, divide it into bars (with a smooth blade knife) and voilà✨
