  • 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • half a ripe avocado
  • chopped fresh coriander
  • 1/4 chopped red onion
  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
  • Rice crackers or sourdough bread
