SMOOTHIE BOWL - STRAWBERRY AND COCONUT

This simple coconut and strawberry smoothie is ideal for a healthy vegan breakfast or a nutritious snack. Add the garnish you prefer to customize it according to your tastes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein (optional)
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt
  • splash of coconut milk (or oats)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Step 1 . Blend all the ingredients together until you get a homogeneous mixture

Step 2. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings - I used shredded coconut, blueberries and original granola
